Off Menu with James Acaster and Ed Gamble Off Menu is a food and comedy podcast where the hosts invite guests on to describe their dream meal. The British comedians make the guests choose their ideal starter, main course, side dish and dessert as well as a drink, all while chatting and having a laugh with their weekly visitors. This is personally my favourite podcast and it never fails to make me laugh as the hosts always find a way to make the best out of even the worst food choices. Great Moments in Science Presented by Dr Karl Kruszelnicki, these short, snappy episodes are enjoyable for every listener, not just those interested in science. Discussing everything from our carbon footprint to how the brains of intelligent spiders work, there is undoubtedly something for everyone in this modern, relaxed podcast conducted by an expert in science. James Acaster’s Perfect Sounds Once again featuring James Acaster, this podcast consists of the host sending the guest an album from 2016 a week prior and then discussing it with them. Albums used in the past have been “Lemonade” by Beyonce, and some lesser-known albums such as “United Diktaurs of Europe'' by Anarchist Republic of BZZZ. This is a definite listen for music fans as it introduces you to many new and obscure genres of music. Talk Art Presented by actor Russell Tovey and gallerist Robert Diament, this podcast interviews and talks to artists, curators and gallerists about their experiences within the art world as well as interviewing celebrities about their favourite artists and works. Some guests include Sir Elton John, Tracy Emin, Janet Street-Porter, and Sir Ian McKellen. Earlier this year, it was deemed “The podcast to get you through lockdown,” by Forbes, and has millions of listeners across the globe. By Felix Wiseman
