Predicting Every Premier League Club’s Highest Rated Player on Fifa 22 - Part 2

Updated: Jul 16, 2022

In this article I will be going over every premier league team and saying which player I believe will be their best player in the new game (just so people know this is my opinion but if you think I’m wrong go visit our Instagram or Twitter Pages and tell us your thoughts).

Arsenal

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Even after his poor form last season, I would say Aubameyang would still be able to retain his spot as Arsenal’s best player. Despite that I believe he will still go down by 2 ratings as the Arsenal captain only managed 10 goals in 29 appearances and not giving Arsenal a good enough attack to get a European place.

Aston Villa

Emiliano Martinez

With Jack Grealish set to leave for Manchester City, Emiliano Martinez is an obvious choice for Villa’s highest rated. Eyebrows were raised when Villa signed him from Arsenal for £20 million last summer, but he proved all doubters wrong by getting 15 clean sheets in 38 games whilst playing with a very leaky Villa defence.

Brentford

Ivan Toney

Brentford’s super striker, Ivan Toney , is the obvious choice for this. His stellar form in The Championship saw him score 31 goals in 35 appearances as Brentford were promoted via the playoffs. This will surely see him go from his low 69 rating to at least 77 overall.

Brighton and Hove Albion

Mat Ryan

It’s fair to say Mat Ryan didn’t have the best of seasons last year. He only kept 3 clean sheets in 14 appearances last year even though he played for both Arsenal and Brighton! Even though he didn’t play too well EA won’t take him down more than one rating.

Burnley Nick Pope

Last season Nick Pope proved once again how he is one of the best goalies in the Premier League. His 11 assists despite injury show once again how he was the leading candidate to be England No. 1 before his late season injury.

Chelsea

N’Golo Kante

What can you say about N’golo Kante? He is quick (in speed and mind). Hard-working. Calm on the ball. These are all of the qualities of a world-class midfielder; Kante is much more than that. Arguably the best midfielder of 2021, Kante played a pivotal role in Chelsea’s top 4 finish and Champions League win -

EA would have to be off their rockers not to upgrade him this year.

Crystal Palace

Wilfrid Zaha

Even in a slightly off season Zaha has impressed many. Yet again pulling in more than his weight in the Crystal Palace struggle for top half. Never mind that they didn’t manage to, his 11 goals still played a major part in Crystal Palace finishing out of relegation.

Everton

Lucas Digne

Lucas Digne has had an unremarkable season. Hasn’t done anything outstanding nor has he put a foot wrong. This is why I don’t believe much will change on his FIFA card.

84 → 84

+0

Leeds United

Raphinha

After his electric start to life at Elland Road, Raphinha is destined for an upgrade; a much sought after talent, Raphinha showed his worth by getting 6 goals and 9 assists in his debut campaign.

81 → 83

+2

Leicester City

Jamie Vardy

You know Jamie Vardy is very, very good when he seems to grow quicker and nimbler with age. Vardy proved once again why he is Leicester’s talisman by racking up 15 goals in 34 appearances; his good form may not be enough for him to get him an upgrade but he hasn’t given EA an excuse to downgrade him.

86 → 86
